A Handzhake Account is not gated behind a password. You need your secure eID to login. There is a PIN for login as an alternative to FaceID. Fif you aren’t able to access your account, you either need to contact your eID provider.
We are also eager to help you out, if you feel lost. Contact our supporter for additional help. Before contacting support, please have your credentials ready.
Accounts can get blocked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If your account remains blocked, request a reset of your account HERE.

In the App you can only have your real full name, one personal email and one telephone number connected. Handzhake do not support multiple accounts to one single individual. You have the option to add your Nickname’ if you in a certain group are only known by your Nickname.
There is no payment or transaction needed for use of this App. If you are asked for a charge please do not proceed with the transaction. Handzhake is a free app platform, there is no charge attached to using our services.

Since there are no charges involved when downloading or using the Handzhake App, no refunds are available. But if you are charged in any way, refunds eligibility depends on App Store and Google Play policies. The Handzhake app is not subscription based. The App is free for all users.
You can delete your account, but it will be recreated if you wish to return. Any interactions with other Handzhake users will then be restored as when you left.
You can customize the app to have ‘Dark mode’ or ‘Light mode’. There is no other alternative settings for the App.
The language is set to English to prevent any misinterpretation of words. Every user sees the same language and thereby also the same words.

Go to the Settings in the Menu at the bottom. Scroll down in the Settings panel. The last option is for deleting your Account.
If the App fails to eight install or update, you should close the app – also called ‘Force quit’, ‘Force stop’ or ‘Terminate’. The Delete the App. This will make the system refresh the whole process and should fix the problem.
Don’t worry. You don’t lose any of your data when deleting the App.
If you notice that the downloading process has stopped or won’t start, then start the process all over. A half-finished download or installation will not have any effect.

If you register that the App is acting slow, or makes your phone respond slower that usually. Then you need to report it to our support team. We will appreciate any noticeable failures of the app.
