Forgot Password
To reset your password, go to the login page and select “Forgot Password.” Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive a reset link. If you don’t get the email, check your spam folder or try again after a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact support.
Account Locked
Accounts can get locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If your account remains locked, reset your password. If you’re still unable to access it, contact our support team for further assistance.

There is no payment or transaction needed for use of this App. If you are asked for a charge please do not proceed the transaction. Handzhake is a free app platform, there is no charge attached tio using our services.

Refund Requests
Since there are no charge involved when donwloading or using the Handzhake App, no refunds are avalable. But if you are charged in any way, refunds eligibility depends on App Store and Google Play policies.
