Performance & Troubleshooting

When letting the App run in the background, does it slow my phone down?

No. Phone devices are built with smart memory management. When you exit an app, it’s automatically paused in the background, meaning it doesn’t use CPU. Swiping it away (also called force-quitting) actually just makes your phone work harder the next time you open it. It has to fully reload the app from scratch.
